Regulatory Compliance Notice

This document does not constitute an active commercial campaign on its own. This page is activated only when a specific initiative has received all required official health authority permits and has a formally defined target group and scope. Initiatives requiring prior regulatory authorization cannot be published, advertised, or implemented until all statutory approvals are completed.

01

General Principles

These terms and conditions govern the participation, evaluation, and clinical implementation protocols for initiatives organized by ON7 Clinic that have obtained all necessary statutory permits.

Submitting an application or inquiry for any initiative implies that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined on this page. In the event of any discrepancies between mandatory healthcare legislation and this document, statutory regulations shall prevail.

General statements on this page do not constitute a guaranteed appointment booking, definitive clinical diagnosis, automated treatment eligibility, or a commitment to a specific clinical outcome.

02

Key Initiative Information

The following fields must be populated with verified information only after all formal regulatory approvals have been obtained.

Initiative Name [NAME OF INITIATIVE / PROJECT]
Official Permit / Approval [PERMIT DATE & REFERENCE NUMBER]
Start Date [START DATE]
End Date [END DATE]
Scope & Target Group [OFFICIALLY DESIGNATED SCOPE & TARGET POPULATION]
04

Scope of the Program

The initiative is strictly limited to the duration, demographic group, clinical treatment area, and procedural conditions set forth in the official permit.

  • Requests falling outside the defined scope cannot be included.
  • Participation entitlements are non-transferable to third parties.
  • Submitting an application does not imply guaranteed admission or acceptance.
  • Clinical eligibility is determined solely following preliminary checks and clinical examination.
  • The program is valid exclusively within the formally published time window.
05

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy all designated eligibility criteria established for the specific initiative.

  • Accurate, verifiable, and up-to-date personal details must be submitted.
  • The applicant’s identity must be verifiable via valid identification.
  • Where age parameters apply, applicants must satisfy the specified threshold.
  • Applications on behalf of minors must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Full disclosure of medical history, medications, and systemic conditions is required.
  • Unless stated otherwise, each eligible individual may participate in the initiative only once.
06

Application Process

Applications are collected exclusively through the official communication channels designated by ON7 Clinic. Filling out an online inquiry form or contacting via phone does not automatically constitute a finalized booking or admission.

  • Application details undergo preliminary administrative review.
  • Additional documentation or radiographic data may be requested where necessary.
  • Eligible applicants will be contacted directly by clinic coordinators.
  • Appointments are finalized only upon explicit confirmation by the clinic.
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable submissions may be disqualified.
07

Clinical Evaluation and Treatment Suitability

Every individual presents unique anatomical, biological, and oral health conditions. Whether a specific dental procedure is clinically appropriate can only be established following an in-person clinical examination and necessary diagnostic imaging by a licensed dentist.

  • Applicants deemed clinically unsuitable during examination will not proceed with the procedure.
  • Supplementary diagnostic tests, 3D scans, or specialist consultations may be required.
  • Pre-existing systemic illnesses, bone density, and prescription medications are carefully evaluated.
  • A personalized treatment plan is formulated separately for each patient.
  • No specific clinical outcome is guaranteed prior to examination.

In all surgical and restorative dental interventions, healing trajectories and biological outcomes vary individually. We advise consulting thoroughly with your attending dentist prior to any clinical procedure.

08

Limitations and Exclusions

The following circumstances fall outside the scope of the program:

  • Inquiries submitted outside the announced timeframe,
  • Individuals outside the designated target population,
  • Procedures determined to be clinically unviable or contraindicated,
  • Supplementary dental procedures, custom biomaterials, or components not included in the program,
  • External dental laboratory, 3D milling, or third-party diagnostic services,
  • Requests to combine the program with other concurrent clinical packages or offers,
  • Applications containing incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading medical/personal information.
09

Appointment and Scheduling Rules

Appointment schedules are allocated based on clinical capacity, clinician availability, and application volume.

  • Specific preferred dates and time slots cannot be universally guaranteed.
  • Alternative dates may be suggested where capacity requires.
  • Patients are expected to arrive punctually for scheduled appointments.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated to the clinic well in advance.
  • Unconfirmed inquiries will not be held as active clinical bookings.
10

Modifications, Postponement, and Cancellation

ON7 Clinic reserves the right to adapt the implementation timeline in response to official directives from health authorities, clinical necessities, force majeure events, technical interruptions, or operational constraints.

Where necessary, the initiative may be rescheduled, updated within the parameters of the regulatory permit, or discontinued. Any substantive modifications will be announced promptly via official communication channels.

11

Protection of Personal Data

Personal data collected during the application process is processed strictly for assessing eligibility, patient communication, clinical appointment coordination, and fulfilling statutory healthcare obligations.

  • Only data strictly relevant to the inquiry and clinical review is collected.
  • Health data is handled under strict confidentiality and access controls.
  • Personal information is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Data is retained and safely disposed of in accordance with statutory retention periods.
  • Applicants may exercise their data subject rights under applicable data protection laws at any time.

For comprehensive information, please review the ON7 Clinic Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.

12

Mutual Responsibilities

Applicants acknowledge and warrant that all personal and health information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date. The applicant holds responsibility for any communication failure or evaluation delay resulting from inaccurate submissions.

ON7 Clinic exercises standard professional care to administer the initiative in full accordance with applicable health legislation, permit stipulations, medical ethics, and clinical quality protocols.

Important Healthcare Disclosure

Treatment planning and clinical outcomes depend on diverse biological factors, including patient anatomy, systemic health, bone density, oral hygiene maintenance, and postoperative adherence. Standardized biological outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

13

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through constructive communication in the first instance.
